Challenges

In step-through electric motorcycles, batteries are typically installed under the footboard, leaving very limited room for connector operation. Conventional high-current connectors commonly exhibit the following issues in this scenario:


Difficult disconnection

In tight spaces, fingers struggle to maintain a stable grip, and the angle of applied force is restricted, making it difficult to generate sufficient pull-out force.


Unstable connection

During insertion, spatial and angular limitations often result in incomplete mating, repeated adjustments, or insecure connections.


Poor user experience and potential safety risks
Unsmooth plugging and unplugging negatively impact user experience, while frequent handling may lead to loose contacts, overheating, or accidental contact hazards.
