Welcoming Tea Party: Gathering New Strength, Creating the Future Together

As the first hints of autumn set in, warmth and connection filled the air. Recently, a welcoming tea party themed “Gathering New Strength, Creating the Future Together” was warmly held in the activity room on the 9th floor of Chogori in Shenzhen. New management trainees from the R&D Center, Quality Center, Manufacturing Center, and HR Center gathered together with department heads, mentor teams, and senior colleagues, sharing a joyful and heartwarming time filled with laughter and genuine conversation.

The host kicked off the event with a lively and upbeat introduction, explaining the theme and purpose of the tea party while extending a sincere welcome and expectations to all new employees on behalf of the company.

No tea party would be complete without a sweet touch -- everyone joined in cutting the welcoming cake, sharing a moment that symbolized unity and good wishes. In a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, new and existing colleagues chatted over light refreshments, quickly breaking down barriers between departments and hierarchical levels, and bringing everyone closer.
